the
rear of the property enabled a steel framed transfer structure
to be constructed on the existing car park that enabled car parking
spaces to be maintained whilst creating 3 new floors of timber
framed residential units (6 in total). The
new rear extension was joined on to the existing property thus
creating a central communal core. The extension contrasts the
existing building with its contemporary feel of cedar cladding
and large elements of glazing with Juliet balconies that enhance
the aspect and affords the occupants views over the neighbouring
bay. |
