Mynde Management Limited was formed in 2001 by Terry Greenhaf; Richard Pretty joined as Construction Director in 2003.

Both Directors have extensive experience in the Construction Sector, having been involved in individual projects totalling £25 million.

Mynde Management specialise in many aspects of the construction industry including:

  • Apartments;
  • Listed building refurbishment;
  • Manor house construction;
  • Retail and warehousing.

Contracts range from small extensions costing approximately £50,000 to multi-million pound apartment blocks. Our projects are undertaken on a guaranteed maximum price cost plus basis.

We pride ourselves on the level of service offered to the client. Our involvement starts at a very early stage working with the client in developing his brief into a live working scheme. We co-ordinate with the design team to ensure that all projects are developed to suit the client's needs and to achieve overall client satisfaction by meeting their expectations regarding programme, budget and quality.

From the initial design process Mynde Management continue with the construction phase. All projects are led by either Terry or Richard personally and utilise the expertise of our in-house site agents to ensure that the quality of workmanship on the project is second to none. There is constant liaison with the client in the specification choice as this is a critical element in the finished product.

Mynde Management monitor the budgets very closely and report at regular intervals to the client so the budget can be controlled accordingly. Our in-house tradesmen help bring the highest quality to our construction.

Our personal hands on approach has helped to maintain the long-term working relationship with our clients.
